I printed the image on white card stock and colored it using prismacolor pencils and gamsol. I printed the banner from Shannon's Sentiments on vellum and fussy cut it. The embossed card based is from DCWV. The snowflake was made sparkly by adding a layer of stickles over it. Other challenges I've entered this card Make It Mondays-Anything Goes Inspire Me Friday-Anything Goes Until next time, have a great day and thanks for stopping by! TTFN

Shannon's Sentiments challenge
Happy Saturday! It's time for this weeks challenge at Shannon's Sentiments and it's a double challenge. We're using spray mists on our cards an also in honor of Operation Write Home's Bunny Hop, we're using a spring theme on our cards.
For my card I masked a piece of blue card stock with a Label One nestabilities cut out and sprayed it with frosty nights glimmer mist. While it was drying I went to work on the flower from Garden Time and watercolored it using yellows and greens. I also spritzed it lightly with some copper glimmer mist. After my blue card stock had dried, I added a frame around it and then fussy cut my flower and added it to the top using pop dots. To finish it off I added sentiment from the Spring Time set, a nice border and bow and a few sticky dots.
I want to say a Big Ol Texas THANK YOU to Shannon for letting me be part of her wonderful design team this month. I have had the best time working with her beautiful images and participating in the challenges.
Until next time, have a great day and thanks for stopping by! TTFN

Shannon's Sentiments challenge, Getting all fussy
Good morning and welcome to this week's Shannon's Sentiments challenge.
This week we are using a technique called "fussy cutting". If you've never done fussy cutting before, you're gonna love the look it gives to your crafting projects. Fussy cutting is done by cutting out an image or images from scrapbook paper and placing it on your card or scrapbook page. You can see I chose this lovely flower with swirls from a piece of designer paper from paper studios Oops A Daisy collection.
I cut out the big flower and one small flower which I added to the center of the big one. It's popped up using dimentionals. I added a little glossy accents to the flower centers.
For the focal point I chose one of the fabulous sentiments from Shannon's Spring Time set and cut it out using my oval nestabilities and added some sponging to really show it's beauty.
For more inspiration be sure to check out what the other designers have in store for you.
Until next time, thanks for stopping by and have a great day! TTFN

Shannon's Sentiment Purely Sentimental Challenge
Good morning and welcome to this week's Purely Sentimental challenge brought to you by Shannon's Sentiments. One of the fun things I get to do as guest designer is host one of the weekly challenges. I've never hosted a challenge before but it sure was easy to decide what we were going to do this week. After seeing all her new release sets and seeing all the beautiful sentiments they contain I thought it would be fun to put the spotlight on the sentiments and keep our cards "purely sentimental". No images just sentiments and embellishments. Go crazy with the flowers, brads, ribbon, embossing but no images.
I chose Life Quote from her new Hands Of Time set. After printing it on white card stock, I framed it using my Label Two nestability. I then added a border and row of flowers top and bottom of the panel. To finish it off I added some sponging and another border along the bottom with some ric rac and a crinkled bow. The paper used: purple textured, white textured and dp from my Classic Coordinating Prints and Cardstock mat pack from DCWV.
For more inspiration head on over to Shannon's Sentiments blog and see what an amazing job the team has done this week.
Cindy Groh
Kapree Clark
Michelle Single
Be sure to join in the fun too!
Until next time, have a great day and thanks for stopping by! TTFN

I have a couple of cards to show you for today's release using Party Time and Shower Time.
This first one uses the balloons and one of the many sentiments from Party Time. I kept it simple and fun.
The balloons were colored with copic markers and cut out to be attached to this card. The papers I used are turquoise and some fun designer paper from American Crafts Celebration pack. I topped it off with the sentiment , cuttlebug embossing and some AC ribbon.
For my next card, I used an image and sentiment from the Shower Time set.
I watercolored the blocks image and cut it out and place it on the scalloped circle. The papers I used were banana, blue and designer paper from Nana's Nursery. I used the same layout as my first card, just adding a few more extras like ribbon, a punched border and buttons.

Day Three of the reveal for Shannon's Sentiment. Oh baby!
It's the last day of previews for the "Shannon's Sentiments" release!!! It's a big reveal this month so we've been previewing the sets over 3 days. Today we're featuring "Hands of Time" and "Shower Time".
The full sets with a blog hop will be starting at 6am EST on Feb. 15th at the "Shannon's Sentiments" blog. We will also be hosting a chat at our SNR group page at 8pm EST on the 15th as well.
There are unique giveaways this month that I promise you won't want to miss out on.
Here is the card I made using the Umbrella image and one of the awesome sentiments from Shower Time.
I started out with an embossed 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 white card from DCWV. I used the direct to paper technique to add color to the embossed area using gable green.
I picked up some cute and colorful American Crafts Celebration paper last week and thought it would be perfect for this project. I printed the umbrella on both white and dp and paper pieced the top of the umbrella and colored along the bottom of the umbrella. Then covered it with glossy accents to give it a slick look.
Since I already had my mini monogram cart in my Cricut, I decided to make a few layered cuts with it. All edges are sponged with gable green. To give it the finished touch I added some AC ribbon, cut out stars with buttons and a little doodling and I was done.
More inspiration from our design team to get your creative juices flowing for this challenge.

Shannon's Sentiment Release Preview Day 2
It's Day 2 for the previews for "Shannon's Sentiments" release!!! It's a big reveal this month so we're previewing the sets over 3 days. Today we're featuring "Party Time" and "the Freebies".
Here is my preview card for today. I used the cake image from Party Time for this one. I kept it clean and simple with just a little bit of bling.
I colored the ribbon and swags with my YR02 copic marker. I added glossy accents and dazzling diamonds to the beading and then went back and used glossy accents on the swag. I wanted my cake to have some flowers on it so I added these pretty bling flowers from Jolee's. A few gems on the embossed flourishes and a ribbon with bow and I was finished. Very simple but yet elegant!

Here is my card for this weeks challenge:
I used the heart shaped flower from Garden Time to start with, printing it on watercolor paper and watercoloring the image with reinkers in olive and cranberry. To give it a nice dewey look I topped the flowers with a little glossy accents. For the sentiment I printed the Happiness Held sentiment from Spring Time on confetti paper. I chose to add my brads to the ribbon treatment. The extras as I call them here are embossing on the back panel, eyelet border and sponging.
