Teachers gifts

Hi all! I hope y'all are having a great time as the Holiday is fastly approaching. I still have one or two more gifts to get and then some wrapping to do and I'll be finished. All in all I am very pleased with what I've accomplished since I only started my shopping on Monday. I know, I know, I told y'all I was a procrastinator.
Because I am a procrastinator, when it came time to deal with Teacher's gifts. I completely drew a blank and started blurfing to see if that would help. I came across this post on Lauren Meader's blog and knew immediately that I had found the answer. These just looked to yummy! The only problem I ran into was finding the Mason Jars. I made a quick substitution with these plastic containers with locking lids that I found at Walmart. There was quite a big difference in size so I just doubled the recipe.
The teachers absolutely loved them. So here how they turned out! Very wintry looking!

Here is a close up of the tag that I made using my print shop and then stamping with the Warm & Cold snowman from Penny Black and embellishing with snowflake stickers by Jolee's. I colored in the image using my SU markers. I added some stickles and liquid applique sprinkles with Dazzling Diamonds to give it some sparkle. I also stitched around the edges.

The lids were covered by stamping Christmas circles from Art Warehouse on white CS then punching it out using one of my circle punches. I then used my Giga Scallop punch and and Night Of Navy CS to make the next layer. That still wasn't big enough so I added a paper doily to the layer. I finished it off with a beaded snowflake from Jolee's.

I finished them off by tying the tag on with ribbon and adding a Christmas cookie cutter to each one. They also received six pack of all occasion cards that I totally cased from Sharon Johnson. I think I am finished with my Christmas stamping and will move onto something else now.

Happy Holidays to you all!
