Check out this adorable image from Bugaboo Stamps! She's Sign It Lil Girl and the awesome thing about her is you can customize her to suit your needs. You can see here, I chose to make a Thinking Of You card by adding the sentiment to the box.
I customized the image using PSE12 and colored the image using Copic markers.
