Experimenting with floral design

Last weekend, before I left work, I decided I needed a Spring wreath for my front door.  I work part time at Michael's and we had these cute little metal bird houses in the value bins that I had the pleasure of moving to the sale bins.  That got the wheels spinning in my head. so on my break,  I picked up some ribbon, a couple of bunches of spring silk flowers, the bird houses and a grapevine wreath.  I finally got the chance today to complete the project.  I had some white feathers that I threw in to the mix and this is how it turned out.  Whaddya think?!!!

I enjoyed making this just not the burned fingers from the hot glue gun!  LOL  I think I will be making more of these for the other seasons of the year.
