Monday At The Cafe with more butterflies

Happy Monday to you all! It's time for this week's Monday At The Cafe and I promised you more butterflies so here they are for your viewing pleasure.

I started by printing the images from Social Butterflies and Clear Butterflies on Saffron card stock. I colored in the leaves with my Apricot Marker cause in my world, leaves should be Apricot. LOL! I then covered the butterflies and leaves with Glossy Accents and sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds just on the leaves, shaking off the excess when they had had time to dry. I wanted the image to float out of the top of the box, so I cut across the top, stopping at either side of the image and then used my scissors to cut the images out. I paired the saffron with apricot and black card stock and added the ribbon, piercing and brads to finish it off.

On a personal note, my husband lost his job today, so please be in prayer that he finds another one soon. I know we aren't the only ones dealing with this situation and I join all of you who are in the same boat in prayer that the economy will soon stabilize.
