Layout Challenge

I am running a day behind on the challenges on SCS. I loved this layout and just had to make a card for it anyway. I saw this ribbon in the $1 bin at Michael's and just had to have it. I knew that I wanted to use it for this challenge. I cut two pieces of the yellow striped ribbon to make a wider base for the bloom ribbon. I started to use black, yellow and white card stock but didn't like the way that it looked so I walked away from it so I could think about it. When I get frustrated or don't like the way something looks, I walk away from it for awhile and then when I come back to it, I usually can get it together. It worked! This is what I came up with.
I stamped the Flourishes(Ronna Farrer) and Flower ($1 bin at Michael's)on the black card stock and embossed it and then ran it though my cuttlebug. I didn't have any white brads so I embossed those too! Pretty simple card!

Recipe
Stamps: Flourishes (Ronna Farrer), Flower and Sentiment($1 bin at Michael's)
Paper: Basic Black, White (Stampin Up)
Inks: White Pigment Ink (Stampin Up)
Accessories: Brads, Ribbon, Cuttlebug, Flower Embossing Folder, White EP, Dimentionals
