It's time for an
Oldie But Goodie at
Catch The Bug and I thought a nice snowy image would get me thinking of cold weather and maybe get me in the Christmas spirit. We've been experiencing temps in the 80's here in Texas. Yes, you read that right! It's December for goodness sake!!! Now, I am not a fan of freezing temps, and I hope when they finally get here they don't stay long, but it would be nice if it cooled down enough to light a fire in the fireplace and break out the hot cocoa. I'm hoping this little card featuring
Bugaboo Stamps Winter Birds-Scarf will get me in the Christmas mood and possibly bring on some wintry weather.
I colored the image using a combination of copics and prismacolor pencils. I created the die cut snowflake in the background with my cricut and graphically speaking cart. I then embossed it using my cuttlebug and sledding folder. The papers are from recollections Basics paper pack. I gave the snowy branch some sparkle with glossy accents and glitter.
