Simply Chilly

And so very cute!  It's this weeks New Release image from Bugaboo Stamps!  He's part of the Winter Penguin set and he's ready to be part of your Christmas/Winter must haves.

I wanted to create a chilly feeling so I printed the image using blue ink on white card stock.  I colored it using copic markers.  Some fun blue paper and a row of sparkly snowflakes were added to finish off the chilly theme.
