Sew Glad We're Friends

Good morning to you!  It's New Release day at Bugaboo Stamps and Jodie has created another cutie patootie image for us to play with!   She's Button Bear and I had a lot of fun coloring her!  I decided to try and make the image look "real" with fur and all.  Not sure I like the way she turned out but I forced myself to just go with it!

I colored the image with Copic Markers and then went back in with my brown SU marker, using the fine tip and added hair.  I pulled out some scraps of Recollections papers to make the quilted background and keeping with the sewing theme I wound some bakers twine around an embroidery card (not sure  what these are called) and added some buttons as accents.

Other challenges I've entered this card:

Until next time, have a great day and thanks for stopping by!  TTFN
