I printed the image on white card stock and colored it using prismacolor pencils and gamsol. I printed the banner from Shannon's Sentiments on vellum and fussy cut it. The embossed card based is from DCWV. The snowflake was made sparkly by adding a layer of stickles over it. OMG...I love this! So many ways you could have stages this image, but I really love the quadrant look with the long center image. The color choice is brilliant and that vellum tag...beautiful.
