It's Saturday and I've been busy getting things done around the house, but I did take a pause to work on this weeks Color Throwdown Challenge card. It took me pretty much all week to decide what I was going to do for it but I'm pleased with the results.
I started off by pulling out my Coastal Culture backgound paper from Me & My Big Idea. Once I had settled on the DP I wanted to use, the rest was easy.
The sentiment was made using Print Shop, printing on confetti card stock.
Printing tip: When I make my own sentiment, I copy and paste enough of the image to fill a whole page of card stock. That way I have it ready to use on many more projects. I just cut punch them of cut them as needed. I was able to fit twelve of this sentiment on one page.
That beautiful background panel was made using the Cricut and Storybook cart.
To finish it off, I added the butterflies, ribbon and punched border.
I think this is now my favorite color combo. I love the contrast, don't you?
Well I'm off to more house cleaning. I go back to work on Monday and need to get a few things done.
Have a great day! TTFN
Hugs, Becky
