Monday At The Cafe and another giveaway.

Hello, hello, hello! Can you tell I didn't get much sleep last night? Darn those crazy dreams. They'd be okay if they were stamping dreams filled with one lovely creation after another, but they weren't. Just some of those crazy being chased by something big and scary and can't remember what it was in the morning kind of dreams. I've been looking over my shoulder all day. LOL! Thank goodness there's nothing big and scary going on here. Just another fabulous deal from The Cutting Cafe.

Regina has been at it again and has created a fabulous wedding set called Wedding Congrats for us, and just in the nick of time, too. I have a wedding to attend in two weeks.
But wait, it gets even better. She has allowed me to offer a free set to the person, who's name I draw on Wednesday, to get this set for free. All you have to do is leave me a comment on this post by Wednesday, July 29th 2009, 12:00 PM CST, and you could be a winner. I will post the winner on Thursday.

Don't you just love mostly white cards. I tried to make it all white, but just couldn't do it, so it's mostly white.

I started by printing the sentiment from Wedding Congrats on my card stock and embossing the top and bottom border using my Cuttlebug and Frills Folder. I then layered on large border piece covered in white satin and black and white patterned ribbon. The marquee was cut using my Cricut and Storybook Cart. I masked and heat embossed the top marquee with white pigment ink, white embossing powder. I then sprinkled on some dazzling diamonds and heat set it. I did the same technique with the hearts (Inkadinkado), cut them out and matted them on black card stock. Even after all that, it still felt like it needed a little something more, so I added the flowers with brads. I love how it sparkles, don't you?

Be sure to stop by The Cutting Cafe and check out the other great sets and deals she has there. You won't be dissappointed!

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by! TTFN

Hugs, Becky

Dear Becky That is a lovely card. Happy to meet another addict.Shame about the dreams-those sort are horrible. I had one of the other kind a night or two ago which was surprising as it guest starred Jason Donovan and Kyle McChlachlan from years ago on the Aussie soap Neighbours. If I'd had to answer a question on them to win a million a couple of days ago I would never have remembered them. Dreams are truly strange-tee hee-hope you get sweet ones from now on Love BettyXXX
