Vellum is great for embossing and adds a softness which is why I chose to do an Easter card for mine. When I think of Easter I think of soft pastel colors. Here is my card.
The image is Miracle Of Spring (retired) from Stampin Up. I embossed Birds & Swirls on a piece of polka dotted vellum and then sponged Eggplant on it. The scalloped border and sentiment oval were cut using my Cricut. I colored the images with Copics and added Glossy Accents. In retrospect, I think I should have added some nice corner details.

Love the eggplant on top of the polka dotted vellum and birds & swirls folder. The mix of green and purple is gorgeous! I love all the details and that stamp too!
