Breezy Bag

Good morning! It's Tuesday morning and I should be sleeping but for some odd reason my body told me to get up and hour earlier than usual. I think it's because it's warm and or I was having one of those hot flashy things. I'm getting up there you know, so that could be it. Regardless of what it was that woke me up, I'm up none the less so I might as well make good use of my time.



I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to post the bag I made yesterday for the technique lover's challenge on Splitcoast Stampers. I used to try and do all the challenges and would wait up til midnight when most are posted and do them, but as soon as I went back to work that went the way of the Dodo bird. Now I just do them whenever I can, which is not that often, but I sure do miss them and love it when I get the time to participate.



This week's challenge was to make a box/bag purse. These are so cute and really easy to make! I made mine on my lunch break. Here is my Breezy bag pursey thing.

I filled it with a bag of Reese's and gave it to one of my coworkers who loves Reese's. She loved it!

Breezy is colored with Copics and cut out and popped up on dimentionals. As you can see, I kept it pretty simple. The front flap of the bag folds down so I added a little square of velro on the inside front to hold it closed. I won't bore you with any other details cause I'm looking at the clock and I needs to get me a shower and get ready for work.
