Sweets for your sweet

I am still having issues with bloggers autopost. I apologize if you have come by for your word only to find that there wasn't one posted yet. I came home from my morning bus run and found that it had not yet posted. Here it is for you now and again, I apologize.

Fingers crossed I have set this to stay at the top for the duration of the Blog Hop.
Scroll down for new blog posts.

We are excited to begin our very first blog hop.. Are you ready for some fun this weekend?
Well then you are at the right place :)

The Design Team has been hard at work creating fun ideas for all of you. We have loads of great prizes and will be updating you throughout the day!

To begin, we invite all of you to visit our design team blogs.. starting at 7 AM EST time. They have made some wonderful projects to share with you and like the Amazing Race, once you visit each Design team blog, you will be given a word..

What is the word for? Well collect all of them and it will form a quote along with the Artist Name. How fun and so very easy to do! Once you've collected all the words, we will draw the name of 3 people that have sent in the quote correctly!

To be eligible for our great prizes, simply email your words, in the correct order, to: Cuttlebugcontest@gmail.com.

You have until Sunday February 2nd to complete your quote. The drawing will be held on Monday the 3rd!

Currently we have the following Prizes..

SUE DALY is giving a $ 25 set of Stamps from Stampin UP
Christine Penaflor is giving out a Yummy Kit set.
Amber Goble prize pack

Grand prize from these MFG's K & CO, Marvy Uchida, Krylon, UHU.
We Invite you to visit our awesome design team member Sue Daly as our first stop on your Amazing blog Hop: " Sweet for my Sweet"

Thank you so much for being here with us and making this such fun to create for you. Thank you as well for choosing Cuttlebug Challenge blogspot as your # 1 source for Cuttlebug Inspirations :)

I want to share with you all a fun door hanger that I created. My hubby is gonna love this.

It is filled with Hershey's kisses. One of his favorite candies. Who wouldn't love to have this waiting for them on their door on Valentine's Day?

The idea for this is not original but I'm unsure of where I saw it. If it is your idea, please email me so I can give you credit for it. I cut the hearts using my Cricut and George Cart in various sizes. The largest being 5 1/2 inches. I cuttlebugged the white and red layers using my spots & dots & hearts folders. The edges of the red layer are embossed with white pigment ink and white ep. The sides were made by cutting a strip of cs 7 inches and creasing in the middle and then scoring each side in 1/2 inch for the glue tabs. The handle is craft wire with ribbon tied at each side. Pretty simple if you ask me.

The word for my blog is "Nor". The next blog you need to visit for your word is Karen Maldonado. Have fun on your search and thanks so much for stopping by! TTFN

How cute is that heart box? I'd love to find it myself hanging on my door---but being as I'm the crafty one in this house, it's not gonna happen unless I make it for myself!

What a fab idea and some great project inspiration Becky.

Trouble is, it would be a little too tempting to have all those yummy Hershey's kisses hanging on a door handle that I would have to walk past too.
I can taste them now!

Thanks again for a great project.
