Sketch # 58

Did I scare you? Will you look at this cute little guy! Isn't he the cutest little monster you've ever seen. He was drawn by a ten year old boy named Nolan and I found him via my good blogging friend Mel *waving hi to you Mel*. She posted a fabulous card yesterday with another one of Nolan's monsters and when I clicked on the link she provided it swept me away to this wonderful blog , Fred, she said. Tracey, the blog owner offered this cute little guy as a digital freebie. As soon as I saw him, I knew I wanted to use him for today's sketch. I really like the way this turned out.

I went with traditional Halloween colors and used my Fiskars Spider Web embossing plate and cuttlebug on the black card stock. The monster was colored using my SU markers. He is cut out and popped up on dimentionals. Add the ribbon, flower, buttons and brads and *voila*, a fun Halloween card. Easy peasy! I'm thinking he would be cute on Get Well cards too.

Here is this weeks sketch for you to try.

The Sketches team did it again and created some amazing cards. Make sure to stop by and check out their work. We would also love it if you would join us in doing the sketch. If you do, make sure to post a link on the sketches site, so we can check out your work. You could be chosen as her featured stamper. Pretty cool! I hope you get the chance to play along!

I have another interview today, so I'm gonna post this and go get ready for it. I'll post the deets later.

I hope someone hires me soon cause I hate this whole interview process. You know, the I can't sleep the night before and hoping I don't say something goofy because of the lack of sleep thing. LOL
Wish me luck!

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by! TTFN

Hey Becky! BOO back at cha! That little guy is just darling...most definitely adorable and so not scary. But if the little guy was going for scary let's just keep that to ourselves. k?k.

So sister...I shall be lifting you up in prayers for the one that is meant to be (job that 'tis). I bypass the whole process when I can...it drives me insane to wait and to go through it all...So I can understand your pain. Lucky for me when I started working several of them were pulling for me and had worked with me before...so my interview was cake and I was hired that day! I wish this for you too my friend! *hugs & Blessings*

(thanks for your kind words on my blog...I *will* share creations later today...promise)
