Inky fingers day!!!!

Oh my! I don't know the last time that I made so many different cards in one day. I mean, I've made several of the same card design in one day, but to design 5 cards in one day has to be some kind of record for me. SCS is celebrating their anniversary by inviting Fan club members to join them in challenges. Imagine my excitement!!! I get to stamp and stalk with the Dirty girls. Today was the big kick off and boy was it fun! I am just going to load all four of the cards and the layout challenge card in one post, otherwise it would take forever! KWIM
So here I go.

This first card was for the regular layout challenge that is posted every Wednesday. The challenge was to make a tent topper card. I've seen these before and liked them but have never made one before today! I will be making more of these. They are super simple and so nice looking. I made this to send to Beth Silaika who posts the Featured Stamper challenges on SCS. She just had a baby girl last week.
The DP is from MME and the ribbon I picked up at HL. I used the wagon from Favorite Teddy Bear and masked off the image and then stamped the baby from Cuddles and Tickles! I colored the image using my SU markers and Prisma color pencils! Love how this turned out!
This next card was for the Dare To Get Dirty challenge to make a pet card! The only animal image that I own is Fishy Friends. I wanted to make another tent topper card and this is what I came up with. The white CS is cuttlebugged using my Fiskars bubble embossing plate. I used my slot punch to make the scallop strip and stamped the tag using Lexicon Of Love and the small fish from Fishy Friends. I stamped the big fish twice. Once to watercolor and then once to cut out the fin and pop it up on dimentionals. He has Dazzling Diamonds glitter all over him! I really like how this one turned out!

For this one the challenge was to use brads. There are 30, count em, yea...I said 30 brads on this card. That would be a record for me! I used Bud Basics for this one and my piercing tool to make the stems for the flowers. The giant photo corner is hiding a 'rock the stamp boo boo". All in all, I like this one too! It's not my fave, but it looks really good IRL.

The challenge on this one was to make a toile looking card! Not too sure I accomplished that here. I probably should have left the butterflies with no color. I just couldn't do it. The butterfly stamp was one that I found at the dollar store. I really had to smoosh it down in the ink to get it to ink well, but it worked. I also used Too Terrific Tags and Print Pattern and Canvas stamps on this card! I think I am finally getting the hang of tying bows. For the most part, I struggle with that one.
And now, last but certainly not least. The layout challenge card. This was my favorite card that I made. It just came together so easily. It took me 20 minutes to put this one together!

The DP is from MME. The stamp is from Stampabilities! I used jeweled brads just to give some bling! Whew! Am I am tired! I'm off to beddy bye now! Hope you have a wonderful day!
