Pearls and Lace-Catch The Bug

Good morning!  It's Saturday and thats great for a couple of reasons.   The first is obvious to those like me who work Monday through Friday (time off whoo hoo),  the other is that it's time for this weeks challenge at Catch The Bug. 

This week we were challenged to use pearls and lace on our cards!  Such a great challenge.  Pearls and lace always add so much to any creation.  Here is the card that I made using Bugaboo stamps Teddy Rose Hat.

I colored the image using a combination of prismacolor pencils, and watercolor with reinkers.  I created a border of lace and pearls by attaching pleated lace to a scalloped punched border, adding pearl brads to every other hole.
