Just wanted to do a quick post. My mom is back in the hospital and I spent most of the weekend, days and nights, staying with her. The radiation has done a number on her blood counts and she had to have more blood and they have also started her on Nupragin (sp) shots.I have a t-shirt that my sister gave me when mom was first diagnosed. It states, quite simply, "cancer sucks". At that point in time I had no idea exactly how true that statement was. I do know that my mom has gone through a lot and is one tough lady. I would have given up already. This card is for her.
It is also a reminder to me to have faith and believe that God has things in control. Faith is something I am running a little short of these days.
